Customer Service:
All emails and queries will be answered within 48 hours. It is our company policy to reply to all emails. If you have not received a response within this time frame, please check your junk box and spam folders.Payment & Methods:

Once your payment has been accepted, we will ship your product within 24 hours.
You will receive an email notification of your purchase. Please keep this notification in a safe place for your reference. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.
Courier Deliveries:
All courier deliveries are sent on the same or next working day, once payment has been sighted and not prior. Delays can occur during peak times (e.g. Christmas period).If you will not be able to accept the delivery during standard business hours, then please have the goods addressed to your place of work. Otherwise, you will be expected to follow up with the courier.
Courier fees include quality packaging.
GST Tax Invoices: (New Zealand)
We are a GST-registered company and invoices are provided for all sales.Refund Policy:
- Refunds will not be offered after the item has been open or used.
- Refunds will not be offered if the buyer changes their mind, or if the item does not meet expectation.
- Original postage / courier charges are non-refundable.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of accepted delivery.

Warranty Policy:
- All Starter Kits come with a 3 months parts warranty on manufacturers defects.
- The buyer must check the item immediately and report any damages or faults to Elusion by email within 24hrs of receiving the item. Elusion reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
- The buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty product to Elusion.
- We do not accept returns by C.O.D and the return postage must be paid by the buyer. Contact must be made directly with Elusion for approval prior to returning.
- Elusion will only repair and replace faulty parts and no refunds will be offered.
- Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
- All cartridges and bonus items are not covered by warranty (e.g. carry box).
- Invoices will be required as proof of purchase.
- Warranty is valid in New Zealand only.
- Elusion adheres to the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal wear & tear.
- Misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
- Neglect and careless storage.
- Unauthorised repairs.
Replacement Policy:
- The buyer must check the item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by email within 24hrs of receiving the item. Elusion reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
- Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested from the buyer as proof of damage.
- The buyer is liable for the return costs of faulty/damaged products under warranty.
- Elusion is liable for sending the replacement item back to buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs.
- Products must be returned with all accessories, including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
- Elusion must receive all returns within 14 days from accepted delivery. If an item is returned after the 14 days from accepted delivery, we reserve the right to refuse claims. Item returns must be approved and authorized by the seller before an arranged return is executed.
